The International Conference on Turkic Language Processing (TURKLANG) is the second attempt to build a series of conferences with unique focus on Turkic languages. The conference aims to move the level of research on Turkic language processing one step forward, as well as, provide a gathering place for researchers from all around the world, working on variety of topics. The first meeting of the series was held in Astana in 2013. This year, TURKLANG 2014 will be organized by the Faculty of Computer Engineering and Informatics, Technical University of Istanbul (ITU). The conference will be held at Suleyman Demirel Conference Center, ITU on November 6th and 7th. The conference invites the submission of papers on original, unpublished research on variety of topics in computational linguistics area. Research on Turkic languages are mostly welcome.
